Mobile: Status for On Call Reports Is Set the Same As Appointment

Goal
Problem:
1. Create an Appointment in Mobile App,
2. Change status of Appointment (to any Status)
3. Create Call Report for the Appointment.
4. Status of Call Report will be same as Status of Appointment:
In SUI the status of Call Reports remains null. There is no code on MUI to copy status of Appointment to call reports.
Even if Status value is set manually as null when created, it still gets overwritten by the Appointment Status' value.
Goal:
Have Call Report default Status set as null after creation.
