In WMS system, Next Locn should get populated for the task in the task screen (Doc ID 2690959.1)

Symptoms

The user performs task execution to pick inventory for sales order in the WMS system.

Upon completion of task execution, it is observed that Next location is not get populated for the task of task type LPNPACKS in the Task screen.

The expected behavior is that the system should populate Next Locn for the task of task type LPNPACKS in the Task screen.

 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Create an IB Shipment for the SKU with shipped qty 4 in IB Shipment screen. 
  2. Receive the IB Shipment through RF Recv {lpn} Shipment transaction.
  3. Create an order for the SKU with 4 quantity.
  4. Configure Task Type LPNPACKS on the Task Creation Template and assign the task template to Wave template.
  5. Run the Wave template for the order and verify for the allocation.
  6. Invoke the Execute Task RF screen on the RF screen.
  7. Upon completion of task execution, check for the Next locn in the Task UI screen and it will be observed that Next location will not get populated for the task in the Task screen.
