ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Professional Payroll users can check the generated P60 pdf's against an employees document of records, but employees are not able to view their online p60 via Self Service.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Employees to be able to view the online p60.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the P60 process
