The client cannot access his account using Oracle Content and Experience (OCE) Desktop Application. After installing and introducing the service URL, the application prompts for user credentials, the user clicks "Continue" and the same window pops up again. The application never asks for the user credentials and keeps on the previous mentioned loop.

User Mac OS version is 10.10.5
Safari version is 10.1.2
