ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

IPI Recoverable Accounting on Payables is not based on FDC

We are facing an issue regarding IPI Recoverable Accounting entries on Payables when invoicing is coming from FDC (Fiscal Document Capture).
We are expecting to see accounting entries as Tax Recoverable based on current setup (IPI Tax Setup) and actually payables is not creating following our existing rules.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer is expecting to see accounting entries as Tax Recoverable based on current setup (IPI Tax Setup).

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users is not seeing the correct accounting entries based on current setup (IPI Tax Setup) and following the existing rules.
