Symptoms

When an Email Template has the following conditions:

If a quote which meets the criteria for the line items uses this email template in an approval email template, the line items will not display to the approver.

If the email template is previewed, or used within a step transition email the line items will display as expected.

Changes

The environment was upgraded to version 20A or later.
