Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

On a custom object, getting a data validation error on the import.

ERROR
-----------------------
Application Error: The processing of the validation job couldn't be completed. Resubmit the validation job.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Tools > Import Management
3. Click Create Import Activity
Set Name
Set Object
Advanced Options:
Delimiter = Pipe
Date Format = UK/Canada
Enable High Volume Import (unset)
4. Click the Next button
5. Select the import mapping
6. Click the Validate Data button; the error occurs
7. If submitted, the import completes successfully

Due to this issue, users cannot get a successful validation before submitting the import.
