Symptoms



 

To MHE DISTRIBUTION INFO is not being generated when is setup in the wave template or triggered in the wave inquiry screen.

MHE status is stuck in Release In Progress and the message is not generated.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a Wave.
2. Wave completes.
3. MHE status is stuck in Release in Progress.
4. No messages generated.
