Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 19.12.1 and 18.8.14

When opening a Business Process record from any node in the Home tab:

Expected Result

The record should Open without incident.

Actual Result

The following is returned:

This page isn't working
unifier.oraclecloud.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

It is noted that the record can be opened from another workspace in Unifier, e.g., any node where it is available in the Company Workspace or within a Project/Shell.
