Symptoms

On : 039.011.000version, Customer Relationship Mgt.

When attempting to copy or edit an existing Action Bar layout, the following error occurs.

Error: Originating at /occamituserweb/user/AdminSideBarLayoutWizard

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Impersonate the user XXX on YYY production
2. Click on Admin - Application Customization - Click on Action Bar and Global Header Layouts
3. Click Copy or Edit on any of the items and get this:
Error: Originating at /occamituserweb/user/AdminSideBarLayoutWizard

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
