Symptoms
When attempting to create a Single Select Picklist (SSPL) attribute that uses an array as the Domain, the following error occurs.
An unknown error (class com.bm.xchange.db.DBException) has occurred. Please contact your system administrator.

Fatal database error: Could not execute statement. (e5e49609-bb42-462b-a407-46903cf60e4a)
This happens when the user creating the array and SSPL attributes has a different preferred language than the environment's base language.
Additionally, this also only happens when the Domain of the SSPL is set to an array set. This does not occur when the SSPL uses a data table as the Domain.
Changes
Either the base language of the environment was changed or the user preferred language has been changed.
