Symptoms
When attempting to create awards the following error occurs.
GMS_ROLE_NOTACT_PERREC The start and end dates of the role are outside the personnel date range for the award personnel .
The start date 7/10/20 and end date are outside the start date 10/1/18 and end date 9/30/20 of the award personnel. Revise the role dates or select another person for the role. When you use the Create Award From Template or Copy Award operations, the award personnel isn't copied from the award template or source award to the new award.
