Cannot Receive the Inbound Shipment Using "Receive Entire Shipment" from IB Shipment UI due to Error "Cannot Receive the Pallet" (Doc ID 2692182.1)

On : 20.2 version, Core Product Functionality

At UI: Inbound shipment , when trying to receive the shipment using "Receive Entire Shipment", the following error appeared.

Cannot Receive the Pallet.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the instance.
  2. Go to Inbound Shipment UI
  3. Search for the Shipment nbr which needs to be Received
  4. Press the button "Receive Entire Shipment"
  5. Received the error message. "Cannot Receive the Pallet".
