Unable to update attributes in Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) (Doc ID 2692303.1)

In IDCS, the issue occurred in updating values for the following attributes:

All these three attributes are mapped to this IDCS attribute: phoneNumbers.value.

Attribute atIDM Attribute in IDCS:

When the value for these three attributes at IDM were updated, all the attributes got updated successfully at IDM but only one out of these three attributes was updated in IDCS.

The following error occurred while updating:

" org.identityconnectors.framework.common.exceptions.ConnectorException: HTTP 400 Error : Not able to parse input, or input does not match required entities or validation failures.{"schemas":["urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:Error","urn:ietf:params:scim:api:oracle:idcs:extension:messages:Error"],"detail":"The minimum characters allowed is 1 for attribute: phoneNumbers.value for type eq \"home\".","status":"400","urn:ietf:params:scim:api:oracle:idcs:extension:messages:Error":{"messageId":"error.common.validation.attributeNameMinLengthCheckForCMVA"}}

Due to having multivalued for IDCS attribute 'phoneNumbers.value', this error occurred.

To reproduce the issue, follow these steps:

  1. OIM integration with IDCS by using IDCS connector.
