Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Supply Orchestration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Source Type was missing on Requsition page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Source type should be by default set to supplier and based on item it should become LOV to show Inventory/Supplier for user selection

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can seen by following  below steps:
1. Open requisition page
2. Notice there is no field of Source Type
