Symptoms
As per default Expense Cost Profilem setup, Item should be assigned with Item assign with the cost profile from this setup but it is assigned with some other cost profile
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup default cost profile
2. Create a transaction for the item
3. Run cost processor and the wrong cost profile is assigned to the item.
