Missing Attribute Name In Export Management, Not Able To Generate Filter On That Attribute. (Doc ID 2692405.1)

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Missing attribute name in Export Management, not able to generate filter on that attribute.

In standard object 'Account' and in other custom objects, there is a custom field which is a text field. In export management, inside the filter option it is not possible to see that field in the available function panel and due to this reason it is not possible to derive a condition to generate data based on that attribute.

Navigation steps: Navigator -> Export Management -> Create Export Activity -> Fill name and select object -> Click on Next -> Click on Filter name. Here, in function panel, the custom field is missing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The custom field should be allowed to be added as a filter in export

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Export management
2. Create new Export
3. Add a filter in the object and verify that custom field is not displayed in the available list

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot apply filters to the export based on that field.
