Kdump Fails on Exadata nodes: Makedumpfile General Protection Error (Doc ID 2692475.1)

Symptoms

Kdump fails to generate vmcore. It creates vmcore-dmesg.txt file under dump location but makedumpfile fails to generate vmcore. From console log;
