Symptoms

Primavera Version 18.8.11.

In any Shell of type Projects the General Spends Schedule of Values (SOV) records cannot be opened and the following Unifier Notification pops up:

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

Also when trying to send any cost records through the terminal status for this SOV type an Alert with just the name of the Business Process (BP) pops up.
