Primavera Unifier 18.104.22.168
Many users reporting a problem logging into production environment. Credentials entered and the Primavera Cloud Portal page may load, but upon clicking on the "Unifier" link, a blank page is displayed.
The issue is widespread reports from multiple locations (offices) of the same issue from many users. Those trying to login got the 3 spinning dots but no error message.
The users who were in the system already said their screens were frozen.
- Open a supported browser > Enter production URL > Some users reported that they couldn't get to the Cloud login page.
- If the Login page is displayed > User enters credentials > Primavera Cloud Portal page loads.
- Select the Unifier link and Unifier doesn't load, a blank page is displayed.
