EICS Reports Download Fail With 'Error downloading the report. Please try again.' Error (Doc ID 2693052.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to download reports from the Retail Enterprise Inventory Cloud ServiceEICS web client, the following error occurs.

Error downloading the report. Please try again.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch EICS web client
2. Go to Tasks > Operations > Report
3. Select report name "Item Detail"
4. Enter "100450041" in Item Id field
5. Click download report
6. See a pop-up "Pdf will download shortly" and press ok
7. Error pop-up comes up
