Automatic calculation of hourly rate based on the annual salary rate entered by HR

Could you please check on the feasibility for the below requirement?
 
Requirement to capture employee’s annual rate in Fusion.
But they also want to have hourly rate automatically calculated based on the annual rate and their working hours.

For example:
Annual amount = 100,000 (manual input)
Hourly amount = 100,000 / 52 weeks / 37.5 hours = 51.28205 (auto calculated)

We're using salary rate feature.
