Message Code Configured in Message Codes UI Is Not Appearing in the RF Screen While Performing the RF Transaction (Doc ID 2693217.1)

Message Code configured does not appears in RF Screen while performing RF_Recv LPN transaction.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in to UI and navigate to the Message Code UI screen.
2. Search for particular Message Code and observe the Short text: configured.
3. Create a particular data in UI.
4. Navigate to Particular RF Screen and perform the transaction.
5. Observed that the system still prompting the default message code instead of the configured short text.
