An Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Mapping that reads data from a source FILE Datastore (or loads data into a target FILE Datastore) can be successfully executed.

After having applied the bundle patch on the ODI home, the execution of same Mapping fails, and the following error is received:

  at com.sunopsis.jdbc.driver.file.FileStatement.close(
  at com.sunopsis.sql.SnpsConnection.isClosed(
  at com.sunopsis.sql.SnpsConnection.connect(
  at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.execution.SessionExecutor.changeIsolationLevel(
  at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.execution.AbstractSessionTask.createSrcTargetConnectionsInFixedOrder(
  at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.execution.AbstractSessionTask.getCollectDwgConnectConnection(
  at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.execution.AbstractSessionTask.getCollectDwgConnectConnection(
  at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.execution.SessionTask.processTask(
  at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.execution.SessionTask.doExecuteTask(
  at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.execution.AbstractSessionTask.execute(
  at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.execution.SessionExecutor$SerialTrain.runTasks(
  at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.execution.SessionExecutor.executeSession(
  at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.processor.TaskExecutorAgentRequestProcessor$1.doAction(
  at oracle.odi.runtime.agent.processor.TaskExecutorAgentRequestProcessor$1.doAction(

Such error is not received when using an ODI on Marketplace instance.

For reproducing the issue, one must have patched a previous ODI on Marketplace instance, or on-premise installation.
