Unable to Import WSDL into Oracle Sales Cloud

The endpoint we are using is https://test-handshake.abcam.com/exp-abcamit-salescloud-api-v1-tws-sit/api/v1/cdhNotificationService/cdhNotificationServicesoaphttps?wsdl

Please note we have other WSDLs which work in other environments which we cannot import into this environment. We are due to start testing and being unable to upload this WSDL is preventing us from proceeding.
