Symptoms

When attempting to assign an Affected Party field to some service requests, the following error occurs.

ERROR

java.lang.NullPointerException

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit the Service Request
2. Try to assign Affected Party field and save. The error is displayed.

Additional details:
- Error happens to some service requests only.
- There is no specific affected party causing the issue.
