Symptoms

When attempting to Import Suppliers Addresses the following error occurs.

ERROR

The value provided is invalid (VENDOR_NAME, PARTY_SITE_NAME )


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CSV file for updating supplier addresses
2. Run Import Supplier Addresses
3. Got The error
