Symptoms

When attempting to create a service request via digital customer service (DCS), the following error occurs: "unexpected knowledge server error has occurred"

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new DCS app using reference implementation.

2. Assign self-service user and administrator role.

3. Publish the application

4. Test the application by selecting support and then click on submit a service request.
