Oracle Blockchain Platform Restproxy Often Getting Shutdown

Oracle Blockchain Platform (OBP) Restproxy often getting shutting down when tried to invoke transactions and then not restarting on it's own. The only option is to start it again in the OBP console.
When application switched to RESTPROXY2, after while RESTPROXY2 is shutdown. Application then configured to fall over to RESTPROXY1 manually. However, later RESTPROXY1 also got shutdown.
How to resolve this issue?
