Symptoms

Primavera Unifier Version: 19.12

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Single Daily Digest emails are not being delivered for users

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Single Daily Digest emails are enabled so they should be delivered.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Enable Options tab > Email Subscription "Send notification in single daily digest" and sub-options for Workflow Business Processes
  2. Emails are not being delivered.
