OPA Integration Failed After Exit The Sandbox (Doc ID 2695125.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, CX Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OPA integration failed after exit the sandbox

User created a sandbox, and test the integration with OPA, it succeeded. (the data can transfer from OSC to OPA)
then user published the sandbox, and try to do the action again, it failed. (Can't see any data on the OPA page).

Below error were seen:

DataObject oracle.apps.sales.opptyMgmt.opportunities.opportunityService.OpportunityImpl@2430f5f4 is not Open for property LostReasonStatus_c

DataObject oracle.apps.sales.opptyMgmt.opportunities.opportunityService.OpportunityImpl@5c144f34 is not Open for property LostReasonStatus_c"
