On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account Contact Not able to drill on opened from Contacts object
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to drill down on Contact from all pages
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contact object
2. Open Contact that has an associated Account
3. Click the Account linked on the Contact overview page
4. Account opens, click the Contacts sub tab
5. Can not drill on Contact name and open the Contact
6. Open Accounts from top level
7. Open the same account as step 3
8. Click Contacts sub tab, now able to drill on the same contact that was not able to in step 5

Due to this issue, users cannot cannot drill down on Contact.
