Symptoms

Users encounter the following error message when logging into the application:

java.lang.Exception: Conversation Server instance terminated with following output:<E Date Error when reading properties: Missing database /u07/projects/ee/domains/MFP/data/admin. The domain path /u07/projects/ee/domains/MFP does not exist.

or

java.lang.Exception: Conversation Server instance terminated with the following output: convoserverfailedunknown
