Purchase Order induction Performance issue while performing update operation .
Steps to recreate:
1. Update HTS to an existing Order.
2. Upload the updated *.ods order file into RMS.
3. Navigate to Data Loading Status screen and see the status of the upload and it will take 2mins to process the singe order.
