APEX Applications Using Social Sign-in Authentication Stopped Working

Social Sign-in authentication has been recently implemented successfully.
APEX 20.1 applications on OCI Oracle Database 19c - Google authentication stopped working for APEX applications.
Social Google authentication successfully about two weeks ago, but has stopped working. The error seen is:
Error processing request.
Contact your application administrator.
This affects only applications using Social Sign-in. APEX development and administration is unaffected.
Implemented Social Sign-in feature with APEX applications.
The application was deployed to production, so the number of user utilizing the applications has increased.
