Symptoms

Unable to access Docs after the migration to OCI-N. Upon trying to view a file, the following error appears in the UI:

Sorry, we couldn't load your file
Try reloading the page or downloading the file.

Viewing the Network tab of the browser's Developer Tools shows the messages:

"StatusMessage": "Unable to get dynamic conversion. Unable to generate preview. The preview process returned code -10 with error message !csOCIObjectStorageBucketDeleted",
"StatusMessageKey": "!csUnableToGetDynamicConversionNew!csGeneratePreviewFailed,-10,\\!csOCIObject StorageBucketDeleted",

Attempting to download the file results in:

Sorry, but we are experiencing some issues
We're working hard to fix them. Please try again later.

The browser console shows a 400 (Bad Request) error.
