ERROR: INVALID VALUE: 'RULE NAME' While Deleting The Classification Rule (Doc ID 2695986.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Classification Rule deletion not working as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Delete functionality should permanently delete the rules.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

a) Go to Incentive Comp > Compensation Plan > task: Manage Classification Rules > Search for a specific rule, eg:- Rule1
b) By clicking the Find rule, it selects the above rule row, Click Delete (X)

c) It asks confirmation, "The selected rule and all child rules will be deleted. Do you want to continue?", Click Yes, Click Save
d) Then received the error => "Error: Invalid value: Rule1", but noticed that the rule disappeared from the below list for now.
e) Click Cancel to leave the page
e) Go back to task: Manage Classification Rules
f) Deleted Rule still there. It didn't delete the rule
