Goal

In the custom alert notification message field, the employee's department is from the suspended assignment, not from the active.
The employee has two assignments valid, one is active and the other is suspended.
When the Line manager from the active assignment receives the alert notification, the department value is populated with the department from the suspended assignment, not the active one.
