Goal

Customer has setup the email functionality for Service Request messages for conversation using the markers defined in the profile options SVC_EMAIL_PAST_CONVERSATION_START_MARKER and
SVC_EMAIL_PAST_CONVERSATION_END_MARKER. But customer would like to be able to modify the text stored for the two merkers.
