Miscellaneous Issue transaction account is overriding the SLA mapping set

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System must pick correct account as per setup configured 


STEPS
-----------------------
Create miscellaneous issue transactions (from Inventory) with an account.
Run create accounting distribution.
Run create accounting.
