While Creating A Supplier Site with Web Service It Fails With Error ORA-06533 (Doc ID 2696380.1)

Symptoms

If the supplier web service encounters an error (validation errors for example like incorrect org unit), the logic that builds the return objects in the webservice wrapper (SupplierServiceProviderImpl package) is not handling  the error properly resulting in the error message below

Error: <faultstring>@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-06533: Subscript beyond count</faultstring>
