ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After restoring OIC Classic instance from backup, OIC console not accessible results 404 error.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
OIC Console should be available .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Restore OIC instance from backup.
2. Restart the instance and note OIC console is no longer accessible.
