Symptoms

The Sales Representative  and Sales Managers are not able to see any Opportunity in their business unit.


STEPS
1. Create custom security role with Opportunity access by Business Unit and assigned to the Salesrep and Sales Manager.
2. Create Resource Organization with primary business unit assigned
3. Create opportunities associated to the business unit by different owner
4. Sales Representative ( not the owner of the opportunity ) can not see this opportunity.
    Opportunity -> Search -> no results
