Symptoms


When attempting to view service requests from DCS after logging in the following error occurs.

  "Service is currently unavailable, try again later."



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to DCS as a user.
2. View open service requests
3. The error occurs
