Goal

How to disable the delete button which is causing the federal component to delete?

Scenario: Employees mistakenly deleted the federal component when entered wrong values and wants to correct it via deletion and then recreation. But re-creating the federal component option is not available. How to disable that option so that employee cannot delete the federal component.
