Fusion Global HR: Seniority Date Displays as 'Ongoing' when there should be an End Date (Doc ID 2696868.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Why does the seniority date record not end date when there are multiple Work Relationships for an employee?
Only Employee's latest seniority date record should be active.  This latest record should be the only one without an end date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All other seniority date records for the employee should have an end date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create seniority date rules.
2. Employee is hired and terminated in multiple work relationships.
None of the seniority dates show an end date.
