Error "Unable to Load Data" When Activity View Is Grouped & Filtered And 11+ Projects Are Open (Doc ID 2696894.1)

Error returned when a grouped and filtered activity view is selected and more than 10 projects are open:

Unable to load data
Unable to load data for activities

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open 10 projects
2. Select a grouped and filtered activity view
3. Open 11 projects => error returned in Activity view
