Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
BU are created and granted access to user forn both Accounts Receivable Manager and Accounts Receivable Specialist roles, but in create manual Receipt user cannot select BU names
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Business Units created should be shown in BU LOV.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Create Receipts
2. Click BU lov.
