Symptoms

The following error is received when users try to modify an Approval Status or Promote using the Manage Approvals Workflow: "Failed intelligent Page Reduction". When clicking on the instruction icon in the popup, another error is shown: "An error occurred while running the specified calc script".

The log file additionally shows this error: "An error occurred processing the Planning Unit.....Intelligent page reduction aborted on form:"<form>" the presence of the following 5 dynamic sparse members on the row or column....Consider altering the form definition or disabling the following option if the form has a low number of sparse page combinations: Validate only for pages with existing blocks.".
