On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Audit Trail not working

Users have detected Lead and Opportunity records where the Change History is empty. For most records created in the application it seems to be working fine but there seems to be an issue for some of them. In those cases, if user is applying an update, it is correctly logged in the Change History even though the previous changes were not recorded.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Change History should contain data for all the Lead and Opportunity.
